So regardless of the nature of your work with Ropax, you will play a part in achieving this objective. What you can expect from us

Before you start work for Ropax, we will ensure that you are provided with the necessary skills to perform your role.

This means that for both Ropax employees and all approved subcontractor personnel, we will assess your capability in NDT, Rope Access or other relevant techniques, as well as your familiarity with the standard equipment that Ropax use. For Ropax employees this initial assessment establishes a baseline for your future training needs and personal development within Ropax.

Once you have started work, we will ask you about your experience with us and how we are performing as an employer. The information you relay back to us, is monitored at senior level within the organisation and directly affects the way the company works.
